It's all about gaining a competitive edge. We help you find yours. Whether preparing for college or international competition, making the transition from amateur to professional fighter or looking to strengthen skills for the workforce in law enforcement or the military, Team Prodigy has the facilities, the trainers and coaches and the fellow competitors you need to succeed.
With all the resources you need under one 50,000-square-foot roof, you have the ability to condition for strength, endurance and speed in the same place you learn the best techniques. With our roster of world-class coaches, you can cross train across a variety of disciplines to give you a well-rounded approach to your sport of choice.
Most importantly, our athletes train against the best. There is no better training than challenging yourself with the strictest competition. Often, athletes come to us because they're tired of facing our athletes in the ring or cage and losing. With the kind of practice they face inside our walls, stiff competition is another day at the gym.
Built with the elite athlete in mind, the Team Prodigy Training Center offers access to our elite athletes and professionals to our full facility and its amenities, including a sauna, private showers, lounge, kitchen, and in the case of long-term athletes, bunk rooms.
Located halfway between Cincinnati and Dayton, we offer proximity to both Metro areas, shopping, entertainment and major traffic corridors and airports.

Note regarding Coach Nate Carr and Prodigy
Following a very successful high school wrestling career, I took some time to evaluate my senior season. As I began to look at the future and wrestling for a Division I University, it became apparent that I needed to hone my mental focus and start to repackage my wrestling skills to help me become a NCAA competitor and champion.
I have always believed that summer wrestling is very important. After a very honest discussion with Coach Carr about my goals and a tour of the amazing facility, I signed on. Working out with Coach Carr has made a significant difference in my Olympic style wrestling. His teaching ability helped me evaluate the different components of my wrestling and work on areas of both weakness and strength to pull it all together. In the process I grew as a wrestler and added some tremendous skills. I truely believe that my success: winning both the Freestyle and Creco Western Regionals, placing 3rd at the Fila Junior Greco tournament, and most recently 2nd at the Fila Creco junior world team trials in Colorado can be credited to the time and effort of Coach Carr. His skills both on and off the mat are incredible. He has a unique coaching style that has made me even more passionate about wrestling and competing. I look foward to working with him on a continuing basis as my wrestling career progresses.
